R - Specific features

To open the advanced options of an R field, click on File to go to the backstage section, in Database, click Edit fields.

Select the right table and double click on the R field.

Go to step 2 of the wizard and click on the Advanced options button.
Enter the maximum number of linked records for this field (optional).
4. Click OK to save the settings.
To see all records linked in the R field in the main window of BioloMICS, click on the small arrow in front of the field.
To see all the information of the target record, click on the small arrow in front of the linked record.
The R in the example below has 3 records linked. All are displayed.
