Merge Fasta files in one file

To merge multiple fasta files in one file, under Molecular Tools, in the Files group, click Merge Fasta files.

Select the files to be merged (several can be selected at the same time) and give a new name.

Select the directory for the newly created Fasta file.
This option can be useful when the files are too large to be opened.
