Start gel analysis

 
Movie BioloMICS: Gel electrophoresis, from start.
 
 
1. In the Gel analysis module window click on the File tab and choose from the following options:

Start a new gel analysis, then select the picture to analyze. (See step 1)

Open a previously saved gel analysis in BioloMICS.

Save analysis button

Save the current analysis.

Save analysis as button

4. Save analysis as button
Save the current analysis under a new name.

Copy to clipboard button

5. Copy to clipboard button
Copy the final results to clipboard. Only enabled in the last step of the wizard.

Export to BioloMICS button

6. Export to BioloMICS button
To export the profiles to the BioloMICS database. Only enabled in the last step of the wizard.

Options button

7. Options button
Change the colors used in this analysis.

Exit button

8. Exit button
Close the gel analysis module window.
