Select stock for order
When an online order has been placed, a record will be added to the table Order lines.

Select the record(s) in the Order lines table.

To select the stock, under Other Tools, in the Modules group, click Select stock for order.

The Stock selection form will be opened showing the available (and none-available) stock.

By default the stock items with the largest amount of stock are selected for each order line item but this can be manually changed.

Click on the button Use checked stock. The amount of stock items will be reduced up to the number provided in the Min stock allowed parameter.

When the selection is accepted, stock items will be linked to the order lines items and the list of selected stocks will be in saved in clipboard. This can be best pasted in Excel.
