Add a preformatted table
Only administrators and super-administrators can create a preformatted table.

Click on File to go to the backstage section, select Database and click Edit tables of the current database.

Click on the small arrow besides the More button and select Add preformatted tables.

Select from one of the listed preformatted tables.

Add bibliography table

Add specimen table

Add sequences table

Add stock management tables

Add client table
-
Add Atlas of Living Australia tables

Add LIMS sequences table

MIRRI tables

Add BOLD mirror tables
Whatever preformatted table solution selected, the basic needed fields will be created. For example, when creating a bibliographic database, the following fields will be created and available: Authors, Editor(s), Year, Journal, Volume, Page from, Page to, Issue, Collection, ISBN, ISSN, Publisher, Keywords, Abstract, Hyperlink.
In any case, it is possible later on to add or modify all fields and tables created automatically.
