Choose from the following options:

Identify an unknown set of data with a reference dataset.Make a clustering tree or create a multi-dimensional scaling cube to show to relation between the data in the database.

Analyze sequence data. Load raw sequences and clean them in the abi editor.Perform a BLAST versus local and external databases such as Genbank.Align 2 sequences with one another or simply use the multiple sequence alignment tool.

Load a gel electrophoresis into the tool and follow the 7 steps wizard to extract the molecular weights of the bands on the gel.The output can be used for identification or classification.

The spectral analysis can be used to analyze spectral data such as Maldi-TOF data.Objects on pictures can be measured in the object detection tool.
