Saving sequences to Fasta
To save edited sequences (without trace wave) in a Fasta file:

Click on the save button
at the top-left of the window and select Save selected sequences to Fasta or Save all sequences to Fasta. -
Select the path and file name and press the Save button to save and close the current window.
