Saving as file
To save the whole experiment, including all information (sequences and contig) as a packed file with the extension *.abiv:

Click on the save button
at the top-left of the window and select Save project as file. -
Choose the directory and save it under a new name.
To open a previously saved file:

Click on the open button
at the top-left of the window. -
Search and select the wanted file.
Note that the files will only be visible when the extension (files of type) is set to BioloMICS contig/multi-align files (*.abiv).
3. Reopening an .abiv file, modifying the sequences or the Consensus and saving it again will automatically update all DNA records as well as the whole experiment file.
