Lane detection (step 3)
In this step, the lanes on the gel will be detected.
It is important to position each detected lane at the same position as the actual migration patterns, i.e. if the gel has a smiley effect, then bend the detecting lanes accordingly.
Once all lanes are detected correctly, click Next, in the Navigate group, to go to the next step. Press the Previous button to go back to step 2.
