Choose from the following options:
Load raw sequence files (abi files) into the editor. Align the sequences and easily find the mismatches.
When the sequence is cleaned the consensus (as well as the forward and reverse sequence) can be imported into the database.
Blast your sequences. Compare it with local or external databases such as Genbank.

Select multiple sequences and align them all together.It is also possible to make a clustering tree based on the alignment

Paste 2 sequences in the tool and align them by using one of the available alignment algorithms.
