Contact us - Ticketing system
For any question, support or reporting an issue, please submit a support ticket by following the steps below:

Go to the BioAware website and click in the menu Support (or go directly to: https://www.bio-aware.com/BioloMICSSupport.aspx)

Click on the button New Ticket

Login with your email and password.

For the first time, the password may be incorrect, therefore click once on the text Forgot Password?

If your email is not know then click on Register at the top right.
An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Once logged in, click on the button New Ticket

Select the right Category and SubCategory.

When your message should be seen by you only then check the box Private.

Enter the message, and add an attachment (optional).

When finished, click on the button Save Changes

An email will be sent to us, and we take care of your message and reply to you as soon as possible.
