Check database structure
Tables and fields can be checked to ensure that their structure remains correct. All found errors or inconsistencies will be automatically corrected, e.g. links between records are checked and link backs may be updated.

Click on File to go to the backstage section, select Database and click Check database structure.

Select in the Table list the table(s) to be checked. Use right-click to select or unselect all.

Select in the Field list the field(s) to be checked. Use right-click to select or unselect all.

Select the type of check to perform:

Check database structure

Check table joins
-
Check files table
-
Click OK to start the check.
Note: Only administrators and super-administrators are able to perform this check.
