Export

Choose from the following options:

Export data in grid

Data in the grid can be exported by copying the selection to clipboard.

choose to copy it as tab delimited or flat text format.

Export to specific template

Create your own template to export data in a given way. The are many different formats to choose from such as PDF, Word, Excel, Label and more

Once the template is created it can be shared and used by other users of the database.

Export sequences to Fasta

Sequences stored in the database can be exported to Fasta format.

the export can also be used as a local reference database for BLAST.

Print

When a template is created you can choose to print the selected data in the grid directly by using the Print option in the backstage section
