Manual positioning of lanes
To add a new lane, right-click on the gel > Add new lane.
To delete the selected lane or to delete all lanes on the gel, select from the right-click menu accordingly.

 Navigate toolbarOnce all lanes are detected correctly, click Next, in the Navigate group, to go to the next step. Press the Previous button to go back to step 2.
