Field types
See also movies on how to add specific field types to a table: BioloMICS: Create a new field Advanced
See also movies on how to import data into specific field types: BioloMICS: Import advanced including Fasta
The field type is an important concept that will decide about the type and therefore about the properties of the field.
For the ease, we have groups the types into 3 categories: Administrative, Analysis and Other.
For most of the types, a link version is available too.
