The Support tool on our BioAware website is the place to be in order to report or register any issue found while working with BioloMICS
desktop and BioloMICS web version or even with any services provided by BioAware.
To submit a new ticket, please follow the provided steps below:
- Go to the BioAware website and click in the menu Support (or go directly to: https://www.bio-aware.com/BioloMICSSupport.aspx)
- Click on the button Submit a Support Ticket
- You have to login. Please enter you email and password.
o If you are a new user and your email address is not known then click on Register at the top right. Fill in the registration form.
o If your password is incorrect, click once on the text: Forgot Password?
An email will be sent to you where you can reset your password
- Once you are logged in, click on the button Submit a Support Ticket
- In the box Category, select the needed value as well as in the box Subcategory.
- When the message should be seen by you only then check the box Private.
- Enter the subject and your message, and add an attachment (if needed).
- When finished, click on the button Save Changes
- An email will be sent to BioAware, and we take care of your message and reply to you as soon as possible.
